Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We reserve the right to take additional time during peak seasons or promotional events.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

Major cities: 2–5 business days
Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure that:

Someone is available to receive the parcel.
The correct delivery address and phone number are provided.
Payment is made to the courier upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided information is incorrect, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package. Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.

Shipping Restrictions

Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.
